RETURN/REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once a purchase is made, it is considered final, and we do not offer refunds, with a few exceptions. These exceptions primarily pertain to cases of receiving damaged or defective items. We believe in clear and transparent communication with our customers, and this policy is in place to streamline the purchasing process and reduce administrative complexities. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Banks and other financial institutions vary on the length of time this will take.  


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at info.risesports@gmail.com and we will provide instructions on how to return your product.  You will be responsible to pay for return shipping if you simply want a different style or size.  


Shipping

To return your product, please email us at info.risesports@gmail.com for instructions on how to process the return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was damaged before delivery.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.  


If you are returning items valuing over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address.  As of January 1, 2023, if a package is returned to us due to the customer providing an incorrect address, you will be responsible to pay to have it re-shipped.
