How do I become a Sponsored Athlete?

Can I return my order?

At Rise Sports, we have an "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance prior to making your purchase. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

What size are the socks?

Our socks are "one size fits all".

I put the wrong address on my order! Can I make a change before it ships?

Yes, if we have not created a shipping label for you yet, then you can contact us and let us know the new address and your order number then we will send it to the right one.

If a shipping label has been createdand shipped already, then the package will head to the old address and there cannot be a refund!

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

it typically takes a few weeks for items to be restocked. Unfortunately due to the high turnover of products in our warehouse some products may sell out fast. If you would like to be notified when they are back in stock, feel free to enter your email on the product page.

How much is shipping and how? long does it take

We offer standard shipping within the U.S. for $5, and provide free shipping on U.S. orders over $35

For international orders, shipping costs range from $20 to $35, depending on the weight.

Standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take anywhere from 10-40 business days.

Please keep in mind that these times do not include the 24-48 hours our warehouse needs to process and pack your order once received.

How do I track my package?

All orders will ship within 48 hours of being placed, and you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email on file with the tracking information.
